Subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth below, Concealment Technology warrants to the original purchaser that all Concealment Technology brand products will be free from defects in material, under normal residential and commercial office single shift use and conditions, for a twelve-year period commencing on the date of shipment.

Wood owes its inherent beauty to variations in color, grain, and texture; therefore, these variations are not considered defects. Due to the natural color and grain variances of wood substance, the final finish color, texture and grain may vary from one furniture piece to another even though they are finished at the same time. Exposure to light and the aging process will cause changes in the surface color of natural wood products. Light finishes on wood products do not mask the natural characteristics of wood. Concealment Technology does not guarantee the exact matching of grain, pattern, and color.

• Natural variations in wood grain, veneer figure, character marks, texture or color

• Prominent evidence of natural characteristics of wood when light finishes are selected.

• Variations in the finish from one piece of furniture to another.

• Changes in finish surfaces due to exposure to light and/or the natural aging process.

• Damage, marking or staining of veneer surfaces due to contact with rubber or similar compounds, damage from sharp objects or imprint from writing instruments, and prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Concealment Technology will NOT cover any labor, engineering or travel costs associated with the repair of any product that is to be done outside of the Concealment Technology headquarters.

Concealment Technology warranty will NOT cover if any of the following are found to be the cause of any damage: deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, power surges, fire, water, lighting, or other acts of nature; unauthorized product modification; failure to follow instructions supplied with the Concealment Technology product; repair or attempted repair by anyone not employed by Concealment Technology; causes external to the product such as electric power fluctuations or failure; use of supplies or parts not meeting Concealment Technology specifications; or any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.

Due to the complex nature of the machines manufactured by Concealment Technology, repairs should not be made by anyone other than an Concealment Technology representative.

b) Warranty Limitations and Exclusions.

(i) For the warranty to apply, the products must be installed in accordance with all site conditions required by state and local codes, the applicable product or industry specifications and guidelines, manufacturer's installation recommendations and other applicable laws. Specifically excluded from the warranty are damages to the products arising from ordinary wear and tear, alteration or repair by anyone other than Concealment Technology, accident, misuse, abuse or neglect, or any other event not caused by Concealment Technology.

(ii) Concealment Technology obligation under this warranty shall not include any transportation charges or costs of installation.

(iii) Except as specified above, no other express warranty is given and no affirmation on Concealment Technology part or on the part of Concealment Technology representatives or agents, by word or act, shall constitute a warranty or otherwise alter, vary or expand the express warranty set forth above.

(iv) IN NO EVENT SHALL CONCEALMENBT TECHNOLOGY BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF BUYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, including loss of production and profits, labor and materials, overhead costs or other loss or expenses incurred by Buyer or any third party.

(v) TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THE WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS (WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY), INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

c) Claims; Remedies. All claims made under this warranty shall be presented to Concealment Technology in writing at Concealment Technology’s corporate headquarters, 4434 S 74th E Ave, Tulsa, OK 74145, no later than sixty (60) days after Buyer's discovery of defects in the products for which such claim is made. Any claim under this warranty that is not so presented to Concealment Technology in writing within sixty (60) days after discovery shall be deemed unconditionally waived. Concealment Technology agrees to replace those parts determined by Concealment Technology to be defective and covered by this warranty. The supply of replacement parts is the sole remedy of the Buyer for breaches of this warranty. Concealment Technology’s liability specifically excludes the cost of removal of the replaced products and/or installation of the replacement products.
